What are my payment options?

You may provide a purchase order number, or pay with credit card, cash, or check at the time of pickup.

What is your shipping policy?

We deliver locally at no charge to the customer. UPS shipping is available to customers inside of the continental U.S. Orders placed by 12:00 noon will be shipped out the same day. In store pickup is also available.

May I request a login if I do not have an account?

No, we currently do not offer this service to individuals. Individuals may continue to call, fax, or e-mail to place orders. You may also stop by the store.

Can I pay online?

We currently do not support payments online. Please click on the contact link and an associate will be happy to assist you.

Can I return a non-stock item?

Non-stock/Special order items are not eligible for returns.
